I had no contact with century 21 and very little with the title company and the reverse mortgage company

Laurl seem to anticipate all of the other entities needs including advising me on mail forwarding utility and PG&E issues

This case is a little different as I am an executor for a trust for the owner of this residence

I also live over 300 miles away and having Laurl there to oversee the process was invaluable

Although the seller is in command of the ship in this case, truly, Laurl was the captain I can't thank her enough for her dedication to helping me with this process

We have had 2 excellent experiences with Laurel Davies so far. Laurel was our agent when we purchased our first home in 2009 and we did not consider using anyone else when we started looking for something slightly larger in 2022.

Laurel is the best. She was very attentive to all our needs and listened carefully to what we were searching for in our next home. She helped us identify our "must have" items from the "would be nice" features which greatly focused our search. She has extensive knowledge of the region, specifically the neighborhoods we wanted to view. Laurel proactively communicated next steps and helped us stay on track and organized during the escrow period.

The circumstances surrounding the sale of the property were not at all typical as it was a Power of Attorney transaction and I live full time in Europe. Fortunately, I was able to fly out to California and meet Laurel in person where we came up with a plan on how to get everything done in the limited time that I had.
